Second man arrested in connection with armed robbery at Gleneagles

A second man has been arrested in connection with a half a million pound armed robbery at Gleneagles Hotel.

The 29-year old from London looks set to appear at court today.

The Mappin and Webb store was held up in June - a total of 50 Rolex watches were stolen.

Last month 41-year old Richard Fleming from London made no plea when he appeared at Perth Sheriff on seven charges including possession of a fire arm, housebreaking and assault.
