An East Lothian couple plan to build their dream home after winning £5m in the National Lottery.

68-year-old Tommy and 67-year-old Linda Parker, from Port Seton, found out about their winnings on Wednesday after matching five numbers and the bonus ball.

Mr Parker has bought a lottery ticket every week at the same newsagents in the town for the last 15 years. He also uses the same numbers every time.

But when he discovered this was his lucky time he couldn't believe it.

They shared the moment they found out.

Linda has severe arthritis and struggles to walk unaided, so the couple now plan on building their dream bungalow in East Lothian.

The couple currently live in a small flat and have never owned a home.

The pair also plan on getting private health care for Linda to make her life and health a little more manageable.

But the first big purchase they want to buy is a cruise to Sweden. It is somewhere they have always dreamed of visiting but have never been able to afford it.

The Parker's winning numbers were 07 11 12 22 27 44. The couple bought their winning ticket from Z&S Choudhry, Links Road, Port Seton, East Lothian.

Here's the moment Tommy Parker got a little bit excited with the champagne!
