At Forth 1, we are committed to improving your listening experience, so we've made some changes to how you listen on our website, app and Alexa-enabled devices. Find out how to make an account and how to keep listening to Forth 1.

What if I already have a Forth 1 account?

Great news! If you already have a Forth 1 or Planet Radio account, and you're logged in, you don’t need to do anything, as your account will remain automatically signed in.

How do I create a Forth 1 account to listen?

If you don't have an account yet, you can easily make one on our website or app by heading to the ‘sign in’ button in the corner of the website or follow the instructions when prompted.

If you already have a Forth 1 account, all you need to do is click the big 'sign in' button at the top right-hand corner of our website. If you're using our app, you will be prompted to sign when you open it.

What are the benefits to being logged in to Forth 1?

We can offer you the best service possible when you are logged in, with full access to our on-demand content, ability to subscribe to our shows and you'll get notifications of any new shows. Another benefit is you can ‘Continue Listening’ by picking up where you left off, even if you are on a different device.

How will you use my personal information?

As well as the above benefits, the adverts you hear will be more relevant to you and over time we can provide you with personalised content recommendations. You can find out more about our privacy policy here.

I’d prefer not to create an account. Am I still able to listen?

If you’d like to listen to us online, you must create an account. You can still listen in all the other usual ways, including FM and DAB. To listen to Forth 1 in Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and Falkirk, tune in to 97.3FM, 97.6FM, or 102.2FM.
