Police appeal for help to trace missing Ayr woman
Laura Wilkie was last seen in the Alloway area on Monday

Police are looking for help from the public to trace a 43-year-old woman missing from Ayr since Monday 18 December.
Laura Wilkie was last seen around 3pm in the Alloway area.
Laura is around 5ft 4 inches in height with a slim build and she currently has very short hair.
When she was last seen, she was wearing black leggings, a black jacket with a fur hood and black footwear. She also uses a walking stick, which she is in possession of, which is blue in colour. She was carrying a black backpack.
Police Sergeant Fraser Chisholm of Ayr Police Station: “We are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of Laura.
“We are carrying out extensive enquiries, but she remains missing. Her family and friends are extremely worried.
“I would appeal to anyone who knows where she is to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 1370 of 19 December.”
