Author: Lauren WattPublished 22nd Oct 2020

The Library of Calm is an online resource to help anyone who might be struggling.

Hector’s House is a suicide and crisis prevention and help resource charity – set up by the family of Hector Stringer, who took his own life at just 18 years old.

The charity works to help people access mental health support and ensure they don’t ever reach the point of suicide.

The new Library of calm includes Ted Talks, calming videos, painting tips from artist Bob Ross, exercise videos and more.

Hector's sister and CEO of Hectors House said:

"Library of calm is an online resource for anyone that might be struggling at the moment.

Our aim to help a person out of that moment of panic or feeling overwhelmed by using a distraction or breathing technique or pointer to do with self self calm"

Hectors House are inviting you to explore the Library of Calm If you are feeling stressed, anxious, low or just need a breather.

If you need help you can reach out to the charity by texting HECTOR to 85258.
