Police have released a CCTV image of a person they are seeking to identify following a theft and racially aggravated offence.

The incident took place at the Sainsburys petrol station in Colney Fields Shopping Park on Monday 29 January, when a customer filled up their car with fuel and failed to pay, before shouting racial slurs to both customers and staff.

The person seen on the picture filling up their car with petrol is wearing dark coloured shorts and a long-sleeved hooded jumper or jacket.
