Man arrested over High Wycombe attempted murder

After a man was stabbed in broad daylight in High Wycombe, an 18-year-old has been arrested.

The 19-year-old was attacked on Monday morning on Easton Street, after being chased along the road.

He is still in hospital receiving treatment.

This morning, police say they have arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder.

Investigating officer Detective Inspector Gill Fox, of Wycombe CID, said:

“We are continuing to investigate this incident and have now made an arrest.

“I would still like to appeal to anyone who has any information about what happened to come forward.
