Man attacked with machete in High Wycombe

A man has been charged in connection with a machete attack in High Wycombe.

It happened between 10:15pm and 10:45pm on Monday 29th November on Benjamin Road.

The victim suffered deep lacerations to his hand and forearm.

54-year-old Bogdan Pintea of Benjamin Road has been charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place and section 18 wounding with intent.

He’s been remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Magistrates on 10th January.
