Man charged with 13 sexual offences in High Wycombe

Following an investigation by Thames Valley Police, a man has been charged with thirteen sex offences.

Kenneth Davies, also known as Popeye, age 29, of no fixed abode, has been charged with three counts of rape, two counts each of; engaging in controlling/coercive behaviour and strangulation, and one count each of; engaging in sexual activity with a girl, assault of a female over 13 by penetration, meeting a girl under 16 following grooming, inciting prostitution, arranging the travel of another with a view to exploitation and false imprisonment.

Davies was arrested on 12 February and was charged on 14 February.

It follows incidents in High Wycombe between May 2023 and February this year.

Davies has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court tomorrow (12/3).
