Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £10,000 for anonymous information the charity receives that leads to the conviction of those responsible for the murder of Frazer Brabant.

The 31-year-old father-of-two was fatally assaulted on Thursday 31 October last year in Basingstoke. It is believed he was murdered between 10.30pm and 10.53pm. The victim suffered serious head injuries and was found in the back garden of a house on Gershwin Road on that Halloween night.

Mr Brabant was taken to hospital and sadly, because of the severity of his injuries, he died on 21 January 2020.

To support officers with their investigations, Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £10,000 for information the charity exclusively receives – either online at Crimestoppers-uk.org or by calling freephone 0800 555 111 - that leads to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Frazer Brabant’s murder.

To date, fifteen people have been arrested during the investigation into Mr Brabant’s murder.

Emily van der Lely, Regional Manager at the charity Crimestoppers, said:

“It is so sad that this much-loved father of two young children had his life so brutally cut short. We want to see justice for Frazer’s family and friends who miss him dearly. Our charity believes in keeping communities safe. This is why we are offering this reward.

“We are hoping that someone who knows what happened to Frazer will have the courage to do the right thing and come forward to tell us anonymously about who is responsible for his untimely and so far unsolved death. Even if you think the information you have is insignificant, please still contact us as it could make all the difference."

Crimestoppers has a UK Contact Centre, which is open 24/7, on freephone number 0800 555 111 or there is a secure anonymous online form at www.crimestoppers-uk.org.

The charity says computer IP addresses are never traced and no-one will ever know who contacted them. For telephone calls, they have no caller line display, no 1471 facility and have never traced a call.
