Police name Basingstoke murder victim

Family say they are "devastated"

Police have named the man that was murdered in Basingstoke last weekend.

31-year-old Frantisek Olah died following an incident at his address in Musgrave Close, in the Brighton Hill area.

Two teenagers 18-yearold Ismaila Kamarra-Jarra from Milton Close in Basingstoke, and a 17-year-old boy also from Basingstoke who can't be named for legal reasons have been charged with murder.

They've been remanded in custody to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Monday.

Today the family of Frantisek have paid tribute to him:

“Words cannot describe the grief and shock our family is experiencing.

“We are devastated. We have lost our beloved Frantisek. He was a son, a brother and a father.

“We express our deepest gratitude to those who are working tirelessly to obtain justice.

“Frantisek's legacy will live on through his two beautiful and amazing children."
