Checks have taken place to ensure the boundary between Scotland and England remains intact.

More than 70 horses and riders took part in Berwick's annual Riding of the Bounds.

The event, which celebrates the Northumberland town's history, dates back more than 400 years.

Local garden centre worker Caitlin Grant led Saturday's ceremonial ride, after being appointed to the role of Chief Marshall.
