Police are appealing for witnesses to a crash in the Clifton area of Bristol last month.

A scrambler-style motorbike went into the back of a grey Volvo estate, before leaving the scene.

Police later found a bike which they suspect had been stolen.

The collision happened between 4pm and 4.30pm on Thursday 25 April on on the Junction Swing Bridge in Merchants Road.

The bike which was found nearby a short time after the incident is described as a black Husqvarna scrambler-style motorbike.

Police say inquiries into the incident are ongoing and officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed or has dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.

They are also keen to identify the owner of the pictured motorcycle.
