A police helicopter crew have been called life savers after finding a missing woman on train tracks near Bristol.

Footage of the moment, captured by the Almondsbury branch of the National Police Air Service, has been shared on Twitter, with officers adding the woman is now safe and receiving the care she needs.

Several people have responded with praise, with one saying they made "that all important difference".

"Great bit of teamwork, well done to everyone involved," another said, while a third said, "wow, amazing work you all do".
