Flyers have been handed out at Crufts as part of the fresh appeal to find two missing dogs in Cornwall.

Margie and Ruby disappeared near Saltash eight and a half months ago and the pets' owners fear they were stolen.

The Norfolk Terriers were on farmland when their signals from their GPS trackers were lost.

However, despite multiple searches and appeals, the animals have not been found.

The dogs' owners, Angela and Giles Greenhough, have never given up looking for their pets.

Giles said: "You would hear occasionally of dogs being stolen but we're quite remote. It just seemed impossible that someone would rock up and steal your dogs".

The Greenhoughs told us it took them three weeks to admit the dogs were missing and are continuing their search with the help of a Facebook group and online community, who each send over leads on sightings.

Angela said: "We missed vital time to find our dogs. The community had been amazing, the kindness of these people just blows me away. I'm constantly overwhelmed. Through this experience, we've seen the worst of community and the best".

In January seven-year-old Louise, whose family are friends with Angela and Giles, even wrote a letter to the Queen to ask for help.

More information about the appeal to find Margie and Ruby and how to report sightings can be found on the dedicated Facebook page.
