Rush hour crash closes busy main road through Newquay
Emergency services are on the scene and there is queuing traffic

A busy main road that leads in and out of Newquay has been closed following a rush hour crash.
The A392 at Gannel Road is currently shut in both directions and emergency services are on the scene.
An eyewitness has told us there are two fire engines, three police cars and a police van in the area.
It is not yet known if anyone has been injured or how serious the collision is but there is queuing traffic and congestion in the area.
Inrix Traffic and Travel says: "A392 Gannel Road in both directions closed, queueing traffic due to accident between Mellanvrane Lane and Tregunnel Hill.
"Congestion to routes through the centre of Newquay as traffic looks to avoid the closure.
"Mount Wise and Trenance Road are both heavily congested."
As of 6.30pm the road remains closed.
