Cornish schools push back start time for children after Euro 2020 final
It's because some youngsters may be tired after staying up to watch the match

Various schools across Cornwall have pushed back their start times this morning, following the Euro 2020 final.
A number of teachers have made the decision as youngsters may be tired after staying up to watch England's defeat to Italy.
Trewirgie Junior School, in Redruth, posted online: "As many of our children will be enjoying the football on Sunday evening, we are happy for them to come to school later on Monday morning. We will be open for anyone coming in at normal time but if your child is tired from enjoying the final, we are happy for them to come in anytime up to 10.30am."
St Martin's Primary School, in Liskeard, wrote on Facebook: "Monday...Children can arrive at 1030am as we celebrate the first major #EURO2020 final. We will still open as normal for everyone. The 1030am option is in case the children are tired staying up until potentially 1115pm. Rather a late start than an absence."
Businesses have also been letting staff start later on Monday (12th July) because of the football.
It comes after hundreds of thousands of people backed a petition calling for a bank holiday if England won.
It read: "It would be beneficial and sensible to give the country the day off the next day if England win, in the form of an extra Bank Holiday Monday.
"It would be expected for the winning team to parade the trophy, and a Bank Holiday would be a perfect time to do this. Also, English people would naturally want to continue to enjoy the win, giving the retail and leisure industry a much-needed opportunity to make up lost revenues."
