After what feels like eternity, live events are finally making a comeback and Coventry's favourite summer party happened this weekend. Godiva Festival 2021 took place at War Memorial Park, Coventry.
The event played host to some of the biggest names in music, great food and drink, arts and crafts, the circus, a full size fairground and loads more!
Some of the acts that took to the main stage were Sister Sledge, Fun Loving Criminals, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Craig David!
Who performed at Godiva Festival?
Sister Sledge closed the Festival on Sunday 5th September with a set that was ALL ABOUT the good times! They performed hits such as 'We are Family', 'He's the greatest dancer' and 'Thinking of you'.
Fun Lovin' Criminals performed an incredible set on the Sunday afternoon, bringing New York rock to an awesome Coventry crowd!
Coventry's own 'The Selecter' brought Ska home for a huge Sunday afternoon set at Godiva Festival.
Supergrass were the Friday Night Headliners of Coventry Godiva Festival 2021. Their set included huge hits, including 'Alright', 'Caught by the fuzz' and 'Pumping on your stereo'
The biggest party of the summer will be back next year. And it's set to be another fantastic weekend!
