Residents are being told to avoid the area.
The incident was reported just after 2:30am.
West Midlands Fire Service tweeted:
We currently have four crews from @WMFSCanley, @WMFSCoventry and @WMFSFoleshill in attendance at a fire on Jobs Lane, Tile Hill, Coventry. Please avoid the area.
