Carlisle manager confirms talks with American investors
Rumours have been rife for months.

Carlisle United boss Paul Simpson today confirmed that talks between the club owners and an American investor have been ongoing.
During a press conference the manager remained tight lipped over how far any proposed deal was.
He said: "We I've established it's not just a rumour. There is talks going on and I hope it's successful talks because I think it could be good for the football club.
"I'm sure the club will keep everybody posted but at the minute I'm not in a position to say anything else. I think it's really exciting, it's a good thing for the football club and lets hope it's all positive moving forward.
"It's got to be right, Carlisle united isn't just a football club, it's part of our city and part of our community. It has to be right for everybody."
