Carlisle United have reminded fans that discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated.

There have been incidents this season, including in the game against Port Vale towards the start of the year.

There is set to be a significant attendance due to community day.

A Carlisle United statement said:

"We aim to promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and to confront and eliminate discrimination.

Any instances of discriminatory actions or language of any kind will be investigated.

Any individual found to be guilty of this type of behaviour will be banned by the club, and could be subject to follow-up action from the authorities.

Please, enjoy the game, back the team, but keep Brunton Park as a safe and welcoming environment."
