Man charged with kidnap in "incident" in Carlisle
He's appearing before magistrates today
A man has been charged with kidnap and assault after an "incident" in Carlisle at the weekend.
Police were called to Thompson Street in the city on Saturday, after reports a man had been assaulted and a child had been taken from the address.
Andrezj Jasinski, aged 38, has been charged with kidnap and assault.
He will appear before North Cumbria Magistrates Court later.
