Job vacancy - Cash for Kids

Your chance to manage our leading children's charity

Author: Allan Ogle

A thank you from Allan Ogle, Cash for Kids charity manager:

After seven years I recently announced that I'd be leaving my role as Charity Manager of Cash for Kids.

I've loved it. I've got to meet so many people, work with so many businesses and events and head up the Cash for Kids Day and Mission Christmas campaigns on the radio and enjoy a vast amount of benefits working for Bauer Media.

There are so many incredible memories; from getting celebs to play football, Superheroes taking over Sheffield city centre, the likes of Little Mix coming to visit the radio station and getting Mission Christmas mentioned at Prime Minister's Questions to name a few of what feels like thousands!

During my time I've brought some success to the charity but it still has some way to go to fulfill its potential, so it's a great time to come in and have the support of an incredibly talented team to help you shine and help the many disadvantaged children in our community and ensure the charity continues to thrive during society's toughest times.

To all our radio listeners, the local businesses, schools, community groups and the passionate people who volunteer, organise events, donate and fundraise for Cash for Kids, I can't thank you enough for your support which has had a huge impact on us providing support for thousands of local children every year.

Thank you
