As an amber warning for strong wind expires across the East Midlands, it's being replace by a yellow one this morning. It means damage to trees, building and power cuts are still possible following a battering from Storm Isha. In Mickleover in Derbyshire the A516 is closed due to an unsafe building.

Yesterday some train services were hit in the East Midlands by the weather conditions. East Midlands Railway say, whie they are expecting things to return to normal on their network, people should check for delays or cancellations throughout the morning.
