Fire crews from across Dorset have been at the scene of a fire at the Haven Hotel in Sandbanks in Poole.

Residents and staff at the hotel on Banks Road in Poole had to be evacuated after fire broke out on the first floor this morning.

A spokeswoman's told us there were no casualties, and the fire has been extinguished.

Teams from Poole, Hamworthy, Redhill, Westbourne and Springbourne all attended. So far we've no update on the cause.

Roads in the area remained open.
