CCTV images have been released of two men police would like to trace, after two shoplifting incidents in the same Bournemouth shop.

High value bottles of alcohol were taken from a store on Christchurch Road on Boscombe - on Wednesday 15th November.

The same two suspects are believed to have carried out a similar theft two days later.

PC Rio Baker, of Bournemouth police, said:

“We are investigating these incidents and have obtained CCTV images of two men we would like to identify as part of our enquiries.

“I would ask anyone who recognises these men, or who may have seen two men in their distinctive clothing acting suspiciously in the area, to please contact us.

“As part of Operation Shopkeeper, we are cracking down on repeat offenders who target retail premises in our communities as we look to send a message that Dorset is open for business but closed for crime this Christmas.”

If you can help with any information about the thefts, or the identity of the men pictured, you're asked to call Dorset Police on 101, quoting reference number 55230194142.

You can also contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
