CCTV released after alcohol stolen from Bournemouth bar

A large quantity of drink was taken from 1812 in Exeter Road

A CCTV image has been released by police investigating a burglary from a Bournemouth bar.

1812 on Exeter Road was broken into at around 1.30am on Wednesday 27th December.

A man initially gained entry to the bar while three others stayed outside.

They then left, but returned at around 4.45am, and stole a large quantity of alcohol and a laptop.

Officers have now released the CCTV image, as their enquiries continue.

Detective Constable Michael White, of Dorset Police, said:

“This incident resulted in a loss of thousands of pounds worth of stock for the business.

“We are continuing to investigate what happened and I am now in a position to issue a CCTV image of two male suspects.

“I would ask anyone who recognises the men to please contact Dorset Police.”
