Public Health Dorset tell us there's been one confirmed coronavirus case at Bincombe Valley Primary School in Littlemoor.

There's also one positive test that's been confirmed at Manor Park C of E First School in Dorchester.

In both cases, close contacts of that person have been informed and asked to self-isolate for 14 days.

One positive result for Covid-19 has been recorded at Bincombe Valley

The schools are also working with Public Health Dorset (PHD), Dorset Council and Public Health England South West to make sure all the necessary precautions are being taken.

In a statement, PHD has said:

"Contacts of the confirmed case should get tested if they go on to develop symptoms. Even if people test negative, they must still self-isolate for 14-days."
