Dorset Hospice announce Music By The Lake 2022 fundraiser
Tickets can now be bought for the event featuring a host of tribute acts at a new venue in Dorchester in aid of Weldmar Hospicecare
Fans of George Michael, Tina Turner, the Bee Gees and more set to enjoy Music By The Lake in 2022.
Weldmar Hospicecare’s Music By The Lake has announced the line up of top UK tribute acts due to perform at the 2022 event – all at a new, larger venue.
Dorset County Showground is the new home for the weekend long, live music extravaganza, which takes place between Friday 24th and Sunday 26th June.
On Friday, you can party with Tribute to the Bee Gees, and The Ultimate George Michael, on Saturday it’s Totally Tina with the music of Tina Turner, and Le Freak, an outstanding Nile Rogers and Chic tribute. On Sunday afternoon, things get a little smoother with A Tribute to the Drifters, and also The Jerseys, featuring the songs of Frankie Valli.
All proceeds from Music By The Lake go to Weldmar Hospicecare.
Alaine Harman from Weldmar says, “We are so excited to be bringing Music By The Lake back to Dorchester next year, as we missed both 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic. Our new venue of Dorset County Showground will allow more people to experience some of the UK’s very best tribute bands, with our terrific line up.”
