Officers are investigating a burglary at a building site in Dorchester and are appealing for anyone with information to come forward – with images of some of the stolen items being released.

The incident, in which a large amount of groundwork supplies has been stolen, in Chapel Place in Poundbury happened between 5pm on Friday 17 June 2022 and 7am on Saturday 18 June 2022.

Police Constable Jonathan Hine, of Dorset Police, said: “The supplies stolen from the site are of high value.

“We have made a number of enquiries since the incident was reported, but have so far been unable to establish who has been responsible.

“By releasing images of some of the items taken, I am hoping that somebody may be able to give us vital information as they might have seen the material offered for sale in unusual circumstances.”
