Indecent exposure incident reported at Weymouth beach

Dorset Police are trying to establish what happened

A man's reported to have indecently exposed himself on Weymouth beach early this morning (Friday 19th August).

Dorset Police tell us a male, who was wearing Speedos, got out of the water near the Jubilee Clock Tower at around 6.30am and exposed himself.

Investigations are now underway to determine what happened.

PC Harry Chaplin, of Weymouth Police, said:

“We are carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of this incident.

“I would ask anyone who was in the area and may have witnessed what happened to please come forward as you may have important information to help my investigation.”
