Man charged over Portland 'disturbance'
The incident happened last month in the St Georges Estate Road area

Police were called to St Georges Estate Road on Portland on the evening of Saturday 21st November, to reports of a disturbance.
A man was being threatened by another man, but there were no injuries.
Dorset Police now tell us they've charged a man in connection with what happened.
52 year old Ian Peter Koenig, from Portland, is charged with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause fear or provoke unlawful violence.
He's due to appear before Weymouth Magistrates on 17th February 2021.
