Motorbike stolen from outside Portland home

Dorset Police have given us a picture to trace its whereabouts.

Officers tell us the motorcycle was stolen from outside an address in Shortlands, on Portland just after 10.00pm on Tuesday 15th September.

It's a black KTM 990 Superduke, with orange rim strips on the wheels and silver exhaust cans with yellow Akrapovic branding.

The registration's EU57 KPE.

Dorset Police have released the details, and the picture, to ask us to look out for the motorbike and report any sightings.

PC Don Duchscherer, of Weymouth police, said:

"I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time of the theft and either saw or heard something suspicious to please contact Dorset Police.

"I would also ask residents and motorists to check their home CCTV or dashcam footage to see if they have captured anything that may be relevant to my investigation.

"Finally, if anyone has seen this vehicle or one matching the description given please get in touch."
