The business in West Street has a new operator
A town centre business in Blandford is to be brought back to life.
Dorset Council has agreed changes to the former Café SoBa at 8 West Street which will see it in use again, revamped, and with a new operator, Jerry’s Café Limited.
Town councillors have welcomed the proposals saying the Grade 2 listed building has been empty for too long in the conservation area and had become an eyesore.
The application allows for the ground and first floors to again be used as a café/restaurant with some internal and external changes to the building, including a new frontage to match neighbouring properties.
