A large amount of jewellery's been stolen from a Poole home, with police now investigating.

The property on Esmonde Way in Canford Heath was broken into at some point between 4.30 and 10.00pm on Saturday (10th February).

Gold bangles, gold chains with lockets, gold earrings, two gold wedding rings, two silver anklets and two silver wrist chains were taken.

Officers are now asking any witnesses to get in touch with them.

PC Jamie Conway, of Poole police, said:

“This jewellery was of great sentimental value to the victims and we are conducting a number of enquiries to try and identify who is responsible for this burglary.

“I am appealing to anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area, or has any other information that might assist our investigation, to please contact us.

“I would also urge residents with home CCTV systems or doorbell cameras, as well as motorist with dashcam who were in the area, to please review their footage during the time period to see if they have captured anything of relevance.”
