'Road rage' incident at Three Legged Cross

Police are investigating an altercation on Easter Sunday afternoon

Police are investigating what they're calling a 'road rage' public order incident in East Dorset.

An altercation took place between the occupants of a black Vauxhall Astra and a pony-and-trap at Crab Orchard bends, Verwood Road in Three Legged Cross.

It happened at around 4.30pm on Easter Sunday afternoon (31st March).

There's now an appeal for any dashcam footage from the area that could help officers with their enquiries.

Neighbourhood Sergeant Jane Moore, of East Dorset Police, said:

“I am carrying out enquiries to establish the full circumstances of the incident.

“I understand there were a number of vehicles in the area who may have witnessed what happened or captured anything of relevance on a dashcam.

“I am appealing to anyone with information or footage to please contact Dorset Police.”
