UPDATED: 3 people taken to hospital after A35 crash at Askerswell

Three people have been taken to hospital after a crash on the A35. (Wednesday 14 September).
Dorset Police tell us they were called out at 2.45pm and two vehicles were involved.
The collision happened near the junction with White Way.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said:
"Officers in attendance with ambulance. The road was closed between Winterbourne Abbas and Litton Cheney.
"The road was reopened by around 7.15pm. Three people were taken to hospital for treatment."
