Weymouth FC Women are in full support of England getting through to the next round of Euro 2020 tonight.

The team take on Denmark in the semi-final at Wembley Stadium, with kick off at 8pm.

Natasha Sibley is Weymouth FC Women's Centre-Midfielder, she tells Greatest Hits Radio Dorset what she wants to see the team do to win:

"For tonight's game I'd like us to use our strike force, by pushing Declan Rice and Phillips up a bit more, so we don't park the bus too early.

"Getting those balls out wide seems to have worked for payers to cross in. Kane could do with staying on the last man. No sloppy passes at the back would help."

PREDICTING THE SCORE

"Not jinxing anything, I genuinely believe it's coming home, I am confident for a win tonight, it is there for the taking so I hope the lads can step up to the plate and make it happen.

"If I had to predict the score, I would got for a 2-0 win, Kane and Stirling scoring both goals, to add another clean sheet to the 5 that we already have."

If they make the final, England will face Italy on Saturday night. Natasha thinks it'll be huge for the country:

"For every England fan too and hopefully increase our chances of holding a World Cup in England in the future, which I am sure, would be a dream come true for all the football fans out there."

COMPLETING THEIR FIRST SEASON

Weymouth FC Women have just finished their first season as Dorset Women's League Runners-Up.

It has been a great first season for them, winning 13 games, losing only two and scoring 68 goals.

Natasha says they couldn't have asked anymore from the players, supporters or background staff.

"We finished second and that is a huge achievement, next season we will look to build on our season, start strong and aim for the title."

WANT TO PLAY FOR THE TEAM?

The team is growing and the plan for them is to run a reserves team alongside the main one next season.

They are looking to recruit players from all backgrounds and abilities for their next season.

If you are interested in playing for the team, on Thursday8th July, there is a meeting at The Marsh 6:30pm to 8pm by the Bowl Centre.
