Will Dorset bring in Covid Marshals?

It could all come down to a matter of who foots the bill.

The use of Covid Marshals in Dorset could all come down to funding.

The Prime Minster suggested earlier this month they could be used by towns in England to enforce social distancing.

Additional patrol officers were brought in in Weymouth over the summer weekends to carry out a similar role.

Dorset Council say they're waiting for more details from the government about whether funding for Covid Marshals will be provided.
