An iPad was taken from Specsavers in Crown Mead

A burglary from a Wimborne opticians has seen an iPad stolen.

A man entered the back of Specsavers in Crown Mead at around 7.50pm on Monday 22nd January.

He's believed to have searched through an unattended bag and stolen an iPad.

A CCTV image has now been released of a man that police want to identify.

Police Community Support Investigator Lindy Wilson, of Dorset Police, said:

“As part of our ongoing enquiries, I am now issuing an image of a man I would like to identify.

“I am appealing to anyone who recognises him to please get in touch.”
