Police launch investigation after woman raped in Weymouth
The attack happened in the early hours of this morning.

Dorset Police are investigating the rape of a woman in Weymouth.
Officers were called at 2.06am this morning (11 September) to reports of an attack on a woman in the area of Dennis Road.
A cordon has been put in place while officers investigate the scene.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said:
“An investigation is underway to ascertain what occurred and to get a full account from the woman.
“No arrests have been made.
“As our investigations are at an early stage we are unable to provide further details at this time.”
