Celine Dion is known for many fantastic songs including, 'My Heart Will Go On' and 'Think Twice', but she has also been wowing audiences in Las Vegas, where she has had a residency for a massive 16 years! Now, at the end of her phenomenal reign, the singer has made an emotional tribute to her husband René Angélil who sadly passed away in 2016.

Taking to the stage with her sons in The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, as a photo of herself with her late husband appeared behind her, Celine told her fans, "I’m both proud and humbled by what we’ve accomplished at the Colosseum since we began 16 years ago, when René and I first shared this dream."

She continued, "This entire experience has been a huge part of my show business career…one that I will cherish forever. I have so many people to thank, but the most important ‘thank you’ goes to my fans, who gave us the opportunity to do what we love."

Celine and her late husband René married in 1994, having met in 1980, when she was just 12-years-old. Seven years later the pair started a relationship when Celine was 19 and René was 45-years-old, eventually the couple married and had three children, including twins in 2010.
