EastEnders spoilers: Monday 5 – Friday 9 October 2020:

The week begins with Mick and Linda Carter both feeling guilty following last week's events.

After Mick apologises to his wife, Tina Carter also apologised to Frankie for coming on too strong. However things take a turn when Tina asks about the pictures and following an argument Frankie ends up storming off.

Mick's suspicions about Frankie continue to increase and when he discovers that she's looking after Ollie Carter, he panics and rushes over to the park.

Mick then pushes Frankie for answers about why she's hanging around the Carter family so much which is when she drops the bombshell – she thinks he's her dad.

Gray struggles to look after the children, work on Whitney's trial and cope with his guilt after murdering Chantelle.

When he later meets with a colleague, she wants to take him off the case. However when he discovers that Chantelle's funeral is the same day as Whitney's hearing, he begs his colleague that he needs to work…

Meanwhile Whit struggles looking after Gray's kids while he's at work and when he arrives home he tells Whitney that he'll continue to work on her case.

However Whitney worries that he needs to be with his kids for the funeral – even though she really wants him to support her in court.

On the day of Chantelle's funeral Gray struggles to hold it together… Elsewhere Whitney's prepares for her first day in court with the support of Sonia Fowler, but neither of them are prepared for what happens…

The prosecution grills Whitney but she manages to find the courage to defend herself.

However when Mick takes the stand he struggles with the questions and as the prosecutor keeps pushing him for answers, Mick grabs his chest in pain and collapses following a panic attack.

Elsewhere Mitch Baker admits to Karen that he loves her but she reminds him that she's with Billy Mitchell and that her ex should move out once the dust has settled.

Suki has some words for Vinny Panesar about Kheerat Panesar being so cut up about Chantelle's passing.

When she finds Jags' jeans covered in Martin Fowler's blood, she worries about the police searching the flat.

Shortly after the police visit the Panesar family and reveal that they don't have any suspects for the break in or the attack on Martin – Suki is left relieved.

However when Jags announces he's dating Habiba, Suki puts on a front that she's happy for him… But later it becomes clear that she's furious about his love life and makes a horrific decision.

Suki's betrayal impacts her entire family and when Ash Panesar realises what her mum has done, she's left horrified.

Meanwhile Jean warns Kush about the poker games on his tablet because she'd be terrified of losing money but he insists it's just a bit of fun. Suki interrupts their conversation and demands more rent due to the new tenants at the house.

Kat Moon and Stacey Fowler are desperate to pay Suki but Kush saves the day with a wad of cash.

While Jean is suspicious, Kush gives Suki the money and promises the rest later… He then opens up a gambling app and puts down a big bet.

Phil asks Callum Highway to look into the family that adopted Raymond to see if there's anything that could help his case.

Callum tells Ben he'll be at Lexi's dance recital when Thompson calls him into the station again. Over at the police station, Thompson suggests that Callum start wearing a wire so they can pick up more information.

Later, Callum tells Phil that he couldn't find anything about Raymond's family but he could ask his 'contacts' and see if they know anything. However Phil isn't interested and heads off to the hospital…

While there, Phil visits Raymond and feels and instant bond. However when he starts chatting to Ellie, he lies about who he is and why he's there.
