Things are made even more complicated by the fact that Nate Robinson knows everything and Jamie has been bribing him to keep his mouth shut. Has he gone to far?

Vinny strikes a nerve with Mandy

And will Nate spill all?

Elsewhere, Vinny's Dingle's dad Paul thinks up a cunning plan to spend more time with Mandy Dingle when he finds out about Vinny's crush on Liv Flaherty.

Tracy Metcalfe puts pressure on Nate to find a job and Victoria Sugden receives a heartbreaking phone call.

CHECK OUT: Emmerdale spoilers Monday 24 - Friday 28 August:

Belle tells Lydia and Sam that she's continued seeing Jamie and they're both surprised to learn the relationship is still going on.

Having broken the news to Lydia and Sam, Belle makes a call to Zak but as she goes outside to speak she's interrupted by Jamie.

Jamie tells Belle that though he hasn't yet got Nate's word that he'll keep their secret about Moira, he's hopeful he can get him on side.

Later, Nate bumps into Belle in the street and has some news for Belle which leaves her reeling after all she's done for Jamie recently.

Nate tells Belle that Jamie has tried to bribe him to keep his mouth shut which comes as a surprise to Belle who's heard nothing of the sort.

A furious Belle tracks down Jamie to tell him it has to be her who talks Nate round but even as she says it she's not confident she can.

Later, Belle pays a visit to check on Moira but grapples with guilt about her secret as she sees how much pain she's in.

Meanwhile, Tracy is approaching her second trimester and has been putting pressure on Nate to shift his job search up a gear.

A panicked Nate tells Tracy that he's actually managed to wrangle his job at Wylies back and she's relieved, but is it misplaced?

Elsewhere, Mandy is growing agitated that Paul is still in the village and particularly tetchy about his growing relationship with Vinny.

At home when Vinny suggests that the reason Mandy is so sensitive about Paul is that she still has feelings for him, Mandy gets annoyed.

At the scrapyard, Paul gets wind of Vinny's secret crush on Liv, which gives him an idea to sneakily win over Mandy in the process.

Paul tells Mandy that he's set up a date between Liv and Vinny after his confession and that he's cooking a meal for them to enjoy together.

But at the last minute, Paul hears that Liv has cancelled and relays the news to a furious Mandy, who reluctantly agrees to join Paul so the dinner doesn't go to waste.

Later on at the shop, Mandy bumps into Liv and lays into her for standing up Vinny on their date but she's in for a surprise at what Liv has to say.

At HOP, Marlon and Bob are determined to give love a helping hand when it's clear Victoria and Luke are meant to be together.

But later on when Victoria gets a call out of the blue telling her that Annie's died, Marlon feels awful for her and puts his plans on hold.

Now let's recap on what's happening this week...

D.I Malone will stop at nothing in his campaign of intimidation against Harriet Finch's friends and family.

Paying a visit to Dawn Taylor at Woodbine, Malone pulls out a wrap of cheroin and a syringe as he tempts Dawn to give into her old demons. But will Dawn be able to resist?

Tracy has stern words for Nate

Elsewhere, Jamie Tate is ready to announce his love for Belle Dingle to the world but Belle isn't convinced the time is right.

After losing his job at HOP, Nate Robinson arrives to plead his case and overhears Jamie on the phone to Kim spilling all. Is it game up for Belle and Jamie?

Elsewhere, Gabby Thomas confides in Leyla Harding about how lonely she's been feeling and Leyla surprises her with a proposition, and Dan Spencer struggles to keep on top of his finances.
