Channel 4 have got fans super excited with the release of the first trailer for this year's series. Accompanied by the Beatles song, 'All Together Now', this fast-actioned news-spoof trailer shows panic buying in the shops as the public grab baking ingredients off the shelves - even causing the stock market to rise!

As the video continues, there are some creative twists on how people make their favourite baked goods and there’s even a special cameo from Sesame Street’s Cookie Monster!

After it's TV premiere last night (30th July), the new trailer has only been on YouTube for a few hours, but already fans are very excited as the prospect of the new series. They have been leaving comments such as, 'I love GBBO but every time I try, I end up spending £10 on ingredients to (very poorly) make what I could buy for £1.50. Here’s to the new series. Cheers.'
