‘I’d Do Anything For Love… But I Won’t Do That’

Meat Loaf is launching a brand-new reality series inspired by his 1993 hit ‘I’d Do Anything For Love… But I Won’t Do That’.
Acting as executive producer, he will oversee the relationship-based show which will be made by production company Nobody’s Hero, who are also responsible for Netflix’s Nailed It!
This is the second time the musician, real name Marvin Lee Aday, has delved into the world of reality television, after appearing as a contestant on the US version of The Apprentice in 2011.
According to an exclusive report in Deadline, ‘I’d Do Anything For Love… But I Won’t Do That’ will see contestants ‘compete in a variety of comedic physical games designed to reveal how well they can work together and how much they really trust and believe in each other – all to a soundtrack of classic hits, performed live in the studio by the original artists as well as new stars.’
The hit song was originally released in 1993 and appeared on Meat Loaf’s sixth studio album ‘Bat Out of Hell II: Back Into Hell’.
