Woman involved in crash with bus on A120 has died
Police have confirmed a woman in her 40s has died after being involved in a collision with a bus in Braintree.
Officers were called to reports of a collision on Coggeshall Road at around 1.10pm on Wednesday 16th September.
Essex Police say their officers have informed the woman's family and the bus driver is assisting them with enquiries.
The road between Wheatley Avenue and Bartram Avenue North remained closed for some time.
Police say they're working to establish what happened and are keen to hear from anyone who saw the woman walking in the area before the crash.
They'd also like any mobile, CCTV or dash cam footage of the incident.
