Investigation launched as man dies in Colchester
Police say the death is being treated as unexpected
Essex Police have launched an investigation after the death of a man in Colchester.
Officers were called to Bourne Court just after 7:30am this morning, to reports of concerns for the welfare of a man outside a property.
He sadly had died.
Police say they're treating the death as unexpected and under investigation.
There will be an increased police presence in the area today whilst investigation's continue.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or saw any suspicious behaviour in the last 24 hours is asked to contact Essex Police, as well as residents in Bourne Court with doorbell footage.
