The QEII Bridge has been closed due to strong winds from Storm Jocelyn.

Commuters are facing delays this morning due to the bridge being closed earlier this morning (January 24), as high winds led to safety concerns.

National Highways say their crews are at the bridge at Dartford Crossing, evaluating with the view to re-open the bridge soon.

Delays of around 90 minutes are being reported, with traffic being diverted due to the closure.

Traffic has been temporarily stopped on the A282 South while crews remove the traffic to open the bridge again.
