Second man arrested in connection with Stanstead hate crime
Police say its in connection with a video on social media
As part of a hate crime investigation Essex police have arrested a second man.
The force says it is in connection with a video on social media of a man being subjected to harassment while on a plane at Stanstead airport.
A second man was arrested at 4.30pm yesterday (Saturday).
